Abstract

The growing public interest in negative environmental impact risks caused by industrial waste has turned Risk Communication into a decisive element to industrial management. So, that has become important to recognize the social context which involves the use of a technology and the public perception of the risk. This paper presents the process evolution of strategical planning of Risk Communication and indicates the actions which stimulate the interaction between the segments affected by catastrophic incidents in the chemical industry.
